Most residential jobs take 2–4 hours depending on property size and services. A full house wash + driveway is typically half a day. Larger commercial projects may take a full day or multiple visits. We'll give you a realistic time estimate in your free quote so you can plan accordingly.

In Minnesota, late spring through early fall is the ideal window — typically May through September. Spring is perfect for washing off the salt, sand, and grime left behind by winter. Fall is great for cleaning gutters and prepping your home before the freeze. We do not recommend pressure washing when temperatures are below 40°F as water can freeze on surfaces and create safety hazards
Not when done correctly. High-pressure washing aimed directly at vinyl siding can force water behind the panels, but we use a soft wash method for all siding — low pressure combined with professional-grade cleaning solution. This safely removes dirt, mold, and algae without any risk of damage to your siding, paint, or caulking.
Yes and this is one of the most common calls we get. Those black streaks are actually a bacteria called Gloeocapsa Magma, and they do not mean your roof is ruined. Our soft wash roof cleaning kills the bacteria at the root and rinses it away safely, restoring your roof's appearance without replacing a single shingle. Many homeowners save thousands by cleaning instead of replacing.
You do not need to be home for most exterior cleaning jobs. We ask that you let us know of any areas to avoid, make sure outdoor faucets are accessible, and move any vehicles or fragile items away from the work area beforehand.
